As Salaam,After a weekend of farewell dinner and receptions, and bidding goodbye to a great and close friend, its time to get back to our diplomatic routine yet again. And this afternoon, had the opportunity to unwind and meet with dear friends and the still remaining trailing spouses, at a friendly luncheon hosted by another great friend, Madame Adriana of Romania. In her short remark halfway through the lunch, our host, rather surprisingly also announced that some of our colleagues in the group, may also be leaving us soon. Hence, the lunch was meant to bid farewell in advance to all of them...our dear friend Dagmar, Venke and Isabelle.
Another great get-together among friends, old and new, and the opportunity to savour Romanian delectable cuisine, and hospitality.
