Wonders of Qeshm...2

As Salaam,

After visiting several historical and natural attractions of the island during the day, later in the evening we were driven to the city centre to take part in a festival launched especially in conjunction with the visit. It was called 'Seven Wonders of the Persian Gulf and Iranian Ethnic Groups.'

The island has an indigenous culture, including its music, clothing and handicrafts. It has a beautiful scenery and nice environment, numerous geological and ecotourism attractions...fresh water streams, palm-groves, meadows, unique lagoon with its creeks and sea-forest. All these attractions make Qeshm a natural wonder and a worthwhile place to visit.

It was indeed a very interesting and satisfying visit and enabled us to experience and become familiar with ancient Iranian rituals and costumes.

Wassalam.
