Tuna @Sardine Roll...

Salaam,
Thinking of making some pastry today - sardine roll, for our supper. But since canned sardines are hard to come by, if not, a rare commodity in Tehran, I ended up using tuna filling instead. Surprisingly, it came out well and tasted much better. So I reckon when you are in similar circumstances and predicament, anything is possible, with a little bit of creativity and innovation, of course.
