What's Cooking Today...

Just to share with dear readers, one of our simple, typical n homely menu for dinner today...sweet n sour fish, with 'sayur pucuk' - mixed vegs made from beancurds, vermecelli noodles, black mushrooms and prawn, and as always, the most compulsory and a 'must have' appetizer ' of sambal belacan' or shrimp paste....especially imported from home.
Enjoy your virtual dinner...bon appetite....!!

deep fried white fish 'halva sefid'

sprinkled with onion, cucumber n carrot slices

dip into this hot n spicy sambal...

and slurrp them this with mixed vegs...
