Summer Break 2009...(4)

malefant street

Salaam,
In and Around Cardiff...
Most of the first weekend of our last summer vacation was spent on sightseeing in and around the city. The weather was still generally fine and sunny, although there were also some light drizzles in early morning and evening.
Cardiff is also known as an affordable capital city of Wales. It offers an excellent location to live and to visit...a small friendly inexpensive city with cultural and recreational amenities of a progressive modern capital. The city combines the best of the old and the new.
During our first few days of arriving here, we have been taken around the city centre and its surrounding and could generally visualise the many attractions this city has to offer. Hence the weekend was spent to explore further the charm and beauty of Cardiff.
Wassalam...
