Summer Break 2009...(5)

Salaam,
Sunday, June 28th...we began the day with some sightseeing along Cardiff Bay area. But the day's weather did not seem to be promising for a stroll around the area. So by midday we headed straight for the Red Dragon Centre for our specially arranged lunch.
Well, it happened to be my birthday though, and my son, and the rest of the gang, apparently had already decided to celebrate the day at Spice Root, one of the best known and popular Asian and Oriental restaurants in the complex.
The Red Dragon Centre has a range of different restaurants, pubs, clubs and as well as bowling alley and cinema. From Chinese food to BBQ food and Thai food.
Formerly called Atlantic Wharf, the centre is an indoor entertainment complex. It also features an Odeon cinema, a Doctor Who exhibition and visitor centre, a casino and an amusement arcade.
Hence no visit to Cardiff is complete without a visit to the Red Dragon Centre in the heart of Cardiff Bay. A good place to visit especially on a rainy day.
Wassalam.
